    Pieter – Read your post and immediately thought “This is me”. I’ve been in a hole. I feel completely out of control. My days come and go, and I have no idea what I really accomplished. A bunch of back to back habits (that I have not defined) that feed each other from morning to night, and the cycle repeats. Every day.

    I’ve only started my journey, but biggest game changers for me so far:

    1) Impact Theory (youtube) and introduction to Growth Mindset

    2) Reading “Mindset”. I’ve never spent more time on a book, taking notes

    3) August Bradley’s PPV/Notion system (search his YT channel). Its not for everyone, but its brought a profound level of clarity to my daily actions. I feel it compliments the growth mindset through his systems approach to designing a “Life Operating system”.

    4) Meditation. 6 months ago I would have laughed at myself for saying this. I’ve been meditating daily for 4 months now. Some days just 5 minutes (to keep the habit). Some days I push to 45 mins. I’m not great at it, but I CRAVE it now. I believe this is a foundational piece for my “recovery”.
