Nima- Thanks a ton! I’m naturally more of a night owl, but thanks to the advice I have received from Andrew Huberman, Tom, and other sleep experts, I have done a better job of going to bed earlier which makes waking up between 5:30 & 6:00 a lot easier.
I like your routine. If I save my reading time for the evening, I can fit everything else in. I run a direct marketing company, so I may need to get to the office at 8:30 vs 8:00, but having a solid morning routine will set me up to get a better return on my time, so well worth it.
I listen to Tom Bilyeau, Andrew Huberman, and occasionally School of greatness (Lewis Howes,) although I don’t find that one as beneficial anymore. Seems to be a lot more fluff than actionable info.
