HI Wayne, For me, it’s all about the headphones lol. Exercise time and housework time are synonymous with Tom time for me. I have an exercise bike pointed right at a large monitor and I peddle my through all of the courses. I do podcasts while cleaning and cooking. At some point, you simply can’t add another dedicated time slot and it sure looks like you are there. Look for ways to double-dip with your time.
