I am litterally having a hard time to stick to the Programm due to the time difference between Germany and the US and because I’m working full time as an employee and also have a side hustle.

I’m interested in meditation, mindfulness, working out, and mostly in building a future.

My question would be what classes or courses should I put my focus on first?
