Well thanks man! First, nice name! Never heard of it before.
I read your profile and damn I can see what you are saying, it sounds a lot alike. About putting feelings into words, what can help is to just start writing everything that comes into your mind, just jotting away, no structure, but just whatever thoughts are coming your way. And what also helps is doing reflection on your day for example or just general questions to know yourself even better than before.
I don’t know if this could help you a little bit, but maybe this can bring some more clarity or find the words about how you feel. Curious what this journey could bring us!
