I read your bio and you want to have mainly more positive thoughts. How far along are you with the Courses and Course Material? Are you familiar with Identity Statements?
In general, for every negative thought we have, we need to do a Mental Jiujitsu of either catching it before it goes through or roughly think 5 positive thoughts in return. Sounds difficult? To be honest, once you develop the skill of becoming aware, then it becomes second nature and then rarely negative ones “slip” without your AWARENESS. There is amazing CONTENT on this.
