    Hi Fernando,

    How are you? I recognize you from both the Live-Calls and another call of ours. I have RESPECT for you – “getting so good to be noticed” and migrating as a results. I can see that you have self awareness and that you have identified the main reason you are hitting a “wall”, which is that you need more clarity and being more laser focused on 1 or 2 things.

    I invite you to sit in front of your Journal and use the Stream-of-Consciousness to have a conversation with “The Fernando” that pulled-off getting so good to be noticed, find that “BURNING EMBER” again, and my friend I’m certain that combined with WORK-ETHIC will get you to TAKE-OFF, even higher this time, as you have 5 years+ experience.
