I really like the idea that a longer morning routine feels like procrastination. Simple works better for me too.
1. Wake up at 5 (would like to make it 4:30 by 2022)
2. Water and some easy stretch
3. Bathroom and shower
4. Start my day
I’d like to start journaling as well. I’ve always put it off for some reason.
