  1. Alpha GPC (Acetylcholine precursor) and healthy fats (avocados, fish oil, grass-fed butter/beef, fatty salmon) helps the body assimilate caffeine, avoid jitters, and headaches. Your brain burns a ton of acetylcholine, but most foods don’t have adequate amounts to replenish, especially if you a go-getter!
